Can't save Livechat Appearance Settings

Description:

I can't save the changes which I made in Livechat Appearance settings

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log into RocketChat with admin role
2. Click Livechat -> Appearance
3. Change the value in Title and Title Bar Color
4. Click save button to save the changes.
5. Open a browser and access http://rocketchat-server-ip/livechat to open a client widget

Expected behavior:

the Title and Tittle bar Color in rocketchat client widget should be updated.

Actual behavior:

the Title and Tittle bar Color is not changed..

• Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 0.65.1
• Operating System: Redhat 7
• Deployment Method: tar
• Number of Running Instances: 1
• DB Replicaset Oplog: enabled
