Improve room closing

• Prevent message refresh when removing all messages of one room to close
• Remove all data cache related with queries from the closed room
• Now rooms are closed when there are more than 10 rooms in memory instead of closing rooms without activity for 10min

• Remove the template MessageAction from the render time of messages and render only when users clicks on the cog
