fix: Encrypted push notification missing message.content

We moved msg to message.content on #32316
This PR sends content on push notification payload, so mobile can decrypt it.

Steps to test or reproduce

• Run an app version from chore: upgrade WatermelonDB to 0.27.1 Rocket.Chat.ReactNative#5865
• Send a message to an e2ee room
• Push content should be shown on push notification
