[Feature Request]: Add support for -override.txt and -custom.txt mods to Winget-Install.ps1

The request

Right now there's two different ways to specify custom parameters to installers that need them:

• Cramming it into the AppID for Winget-Install
• Using an AppID-override.txt mod file for winget-upgrade

Any reason not to include using the -override.txt and -custom.txt mods in winget-install so you can just create that one file and have it work both when installing and upgrade?

@Romanitho please reopen this feature request. It's a good question, why *-override.txt and *-custom.txt are not used when Winget-Install is used.

I will try to implement this. Give me a little time.
And the answer to the question is:
Winget-Install was a separate repo from the beginning, and we tried to keep both WAU an Winget-Install in sync.
@Romanitho merged the two.
Since then, most focus have been on WAU with occasional developing on this Install (I use it all the time in my Work domain with now 30+ defined available WinGet-Applications in Software Center (SCCM)

Exactly. WAU onboard winget-install to be able to deploy apps directly from WAU and to avoid repackaging all the Intune Win apps in case of a winget-install upgrade.
