[BUG] Z.ai Provider does not show general API endpoint (only has coding plan endpoints)

Problem (one or two sentences)

In current v0.36.2, in the Z.ai Entryppoint, the only two that appear

• International. https://api.z.ai/api/coding/paas/v4
• China. https://open.bigmodel.cn/api/coding/paas/v4

What is missing are the endpoints for API billing; this added in #8001 but the regular API points are not available. Since we are using API billing, we need these endpoints as well:

• International API https://api.z.ai/api/paas/v4
• China https://open.bigmodel.cn/api/paas/v4

Context (who is affected and when)

Anyone using Z.ai provider who is using API and not their Coding plan

Reproduction steps

1. Environment. MacOS, VSCode, Roo Code
2. Create a configuration using API Provider Z.ai
3. Try to select the A ZI Entrypoint

Note that the API Entry points are not there

Expected result

Expect to see International API https://api.z.ai/api/paas/v4

Actual result

There is no such endpoint

I've analyzed this issue and here's my proposed implementation plan:

The Problem:
Currently, the Z.ai provider only offers two endpoint options for the "Coding Plan":

• International Coding: https://api.z.ai/api/coding/paas/v4
• China Coding: https://open.bigmodel.cn/api/coding/paas/v4

Users who are using the regular API billing (not the Coding Plan) need access to the standard API endpoints.

Proposed Solution:

1. Add two new API line options to packages/types/src/provider-settings.ts:

   • "international_api" for the International API endpoint
   • "china_api" for the China API endpoint

2. Update packages/types/src/providers/zai.ts to include the new endpoint configurations:

   • International API: https://api.z.ai/api/paas/v4
   • China API: https://open.bigmodel.cn/api/paas/v4

3. Update the zaiApiLineSchema enum to include these new options, which will automatically make them available in the UI dropdown

4. Add corresponding tests to verify the new endpoints work correctly

This approach maintains backward compatibility while providing the missing API endpoints for users on the regular billing plan.

Opened a PR with my attempt at addressing this: #9894. Feedback welcome!

The PR adds the missing general API endpoints:

• International API: https://api.z.ai/api/paas/v4
• China API: https://open.bigmodel.cn/api/paas/v4

These will now appear alongside the existing coding plan endpoints in the Z.ai provider configuration.

Not correct all references to pass in endpoints should be paas for platform as a service. Correct in original issue @roomote
