chore: remove contributors script and dependencies

Removes the update-contributors script and the associated scripts/update-contributors.js file that are no longer needed after removing the Contributors section from README files in PR #9198.

Changes

• Removed update-contributors npm script from package.json
• Deleted scripts/update-contributors.js file (384 lines)

Context

This cleanup follows the removal of the Contributors section from all README files as part of transitioning from a Cline fork to a standalone repository.
