The changeset file that was deleted contained two changes, but only one appears in the CHANGELOG. The deleted .changeset/v3.35.1.md file included both:
- Fix: Flush pending tool results before task delegation (PR fix: flush pending tool results before task delegation #9726 by @daniel-lxs)
- Improve: Better IPC error logging for easier debugging (PR Better IPC error logging #9727 by @cte)
However, the CHANGELOG.md entry only includes the first item. The second improvement about IPC error logging is missing and should be added to maintain an accurate changelog.
Fix it with Roo Code or mention @roomote and request a fix.
