Bug in interpreting deprecated mchoicema:: #87

@presnick

Description

@presnick

From RunestoneComponents/assess/multiplechoice.py, it's clear that we're now supposed to use
.. mchoice:: question_id
:multiple_answers:

That seems to work.

However, I have lots of uses of .. mchoicema:: scattered throughout my book.

It appears from line 162 of this file that it's intended for .. mchoicema:: to still work. But it doesn't.

My best guess is that because of line 100, the setting of the multiple_answers in the option is getting overriden by the lack of multiple_answers as a directive flag.
