This is a fix to the css for the clickable area to show the borders on the rows and columns in a table
…oblem The max number of distractors was hardcoded to 1. I fixed it to take the max number as an option on the Parsons directive and if it isn’t specified I set it to 3.

This includes the fix to the Parsons problem to allow for a larger number of distractors than 1 and the fix the clickable tables to show rows and columns.
