Browser side python syntax help.

Branding question - what to call it in header:
"Syntax Tips"?
"Syntax Coach"?
"Syntax Warnings"?

I always thought the name "Code Coach" had a nice ring to it. I'd be happy to resurrect that name.

The name also leaves room for future expansion to other / more intelligent types of code analysis and tips.

There are some codecoach artifacts in the codebase already. Are they all orphans?

If so, I'll update the PR to pull them out and use that name. If not, we probably should avoid reuse.

They would all be orphans. Definitely leftovers from an earlier era. Server side support got cleaned out, but not client side.

OK, will update this to remove old code coach and have this use that header.

Will do my best to make it easy for potential future modules to share the div.

Merged the other PR that cleaned up some activecode html/css into this as they were starting to overlap.

Cleaned out codecoach js and repurposed the div for python_check
