Changed the adaptive to keep track of the number of check me pushes and the number of distinct full solutions and only allow help after 3 full and distinct solution attempts.

I changed the adaptive Parsons problems so that the help me button is always active but the user can not get help until at least 3 full and distinct attempts to solve the problem have been made.
