Portions of FAQ out of date

A few entries in the FAQ have thrown me off a bit, and I think they're out of date.

1. Under "How do I build my own course?": "The big choice is whether to use a ready-made book or to pick and choose sections from the repository of sections." There doesn't appear to be an option to choose sections from a repository when building a new course. I only see "Choose one of our ready-made books for your course:" in that interface.
2. The "rebuild your course" links don't work. They're currently pointing to https://runestone.academy/runestone/admin/rebuildcourse, but the rebuild interface is now buried in the Admin page and I'm not sure it's possible to link directly to it.
