Hello, is there some explanation on how to build this yourself? I keep getting error that dotnet 4.5.2 is needed. Is this easily changed to current version? Would it be possible to explain how?

It's a standard C# .NET Framework project. There's no special requirements to build it beyond the .NET Framework 4.5.2 Developer Pack.
