Hello,
I implemented Grain-128AEADv2 (one of the NIST lightweight cryptography finalist).
It works without the standard library and even without alloc by disabling the
vecdefault feature.I tried to optimize it as much as I can, even though I think one may optimize it even more. I did some benchmarks, and it is faster than Deoxys-II but slower than Deoxys-I.
Also, this is my first PR so please let me know if I did something wrong (especially about the update of the Cargo.lock that i did).
