Looks good to me, although as a breaking change it will need to go out in the next minor version bump (i.e. v0.7)

Running into some updates where I need this. Having not heard any objections, I'm going to go ahead and merge this and then cut a v0.7.0-pre release. |

This updates both the
pkcs1andpkcs8crates to their latest version.It mainly involves renaming
PublicKeyDocument=>Document,PrivateKeyDocument=>SecretDocumentandUIntBytes=>UIntRef.
