Remove workaround for /v2/apps/:guid/summary issue #176
Description
The issue described in cloudfoundry/cloud_controller_ng#1572 was fixed with cloudfoundry/cloud_controller_ng@45a9d11. We should remove the workaround we introduced in b9994bb.
