[BUG] An (almost) empty kustomization path generates an error

Describe the bug

If the kustomizationPath of a KustomizeGenerator instance contains just a .component-config.yaml (respective no templates or static files), then an error is thrown if a kustomization.yaml is auto-generated (stating 'no such directory').
