Update certificate

Users have problem with certificate in current docker image:

• Invalid SSL Cert for https://
  The missing certificate was DigiCert TLS RSA4096 Root G5.
  Please fix

Hi,
Actually this docker image had this certificate since v15, so since August 2023.
Please use a newer version of this image and you will not have an issue.
