Need Workflow for NuMu Dirt in NuE Interactions

Current rockbox code does not include νμ dirt for νe interactions. This is a rockbox limitation. Possible solutions:

• Run BNB+Cosmic with rockbox and keep only νe events (as proposed by Joseph)
• Change GENIEHelper to support νμ dirt for νe interactions (non trivial)

I contacted Robert Hatcher for advice on the best way of modifying GENIE / GENIEHelper if we decide to go that route. I'll follow up based on what he recommends.
