tpcpdsbarycentermartching should be run in the default reco2 fcl for data and MC.
Current Behavior
tpcpdsbarycentermartching is not being run in the default reco2 fcl for data and MC.

Modify standard reco2 (data and MC) to include tpcpdsbarycenter matching
