How to reproduce the issue

Go to Settings->Team Permissions
Delete Team(s)
Navigate to some other page and come back to Team Permissions
Actual: Deleted teams reappear

@jasneetkaurdeloitte we were unable to reproduce this issue in the latest version, and teams once deleted from the Team Permissions were not reappearing on refresh, or on navigating away and returning.

Please retest the issue and let us know if you are still facing it.
