'Teams Permissions not working

How to reproduce the issue

Go to Settings->Team Permissions->Create a Team->Add a member->Add an App-Save
Go to the App->Members
Expected: Member is added
Actual: Member is not added

@jasneetkaurdeloitte we tested this scenario and found the below observations -

Scenario 1 - When an app is added to a team

--> The team will show up under the "Access Control" tab for the app, in the "Teams" section

--> All the members from the team will be able to view the app and access it. However, the members section of the App will NOT be updated to show the members from the team.

Scenario 2 - When a member is deleted from the team

--> The member will no longer be able to view the app they were able to view previously (as they are not part of the team to which the app is added)

The above will apply for engines as well.

It's our understanding that based on previous discussions, this is the desired functionality, and the members section of the app/engine will not be updated to reflect all the members from the team the app is a part of. However, the team members will still be able to access all team apps/engines.

Hence, could you please recheck this ticket with the above mentioned scenarios, and please let us know if you face any issues.
