Team count is not updated immediately after deleting a team in Team Permissions

Is there an existing issue for this?

• I confirm that I have not found an existing or similar issue.

How to reproduce the issue

1.Navigate to the Application.
2.Go to Application Settings.
3.Open the Team Permissions section.
4.Note the current team count.
5.Delete any existing team.
6.Observe the team count displayed.

Expected Result

The team count should update immediately after the team is deleted without requiring a page refresh.

Actual Results

The team is deleted successfully, but the team count remains unchanged until the page is refreshed.
