Issue: API called multiple times when entering a large number of characters for Catalog Name

Given

Navigate to Database/Vector/Model creation page and click on Create button.

When

-Select any available Connection.
-Enter a Catalog Name with a large number of characters (e.g., 500–1000 characters).

Then

Observe the API(CheckEngineName) calls in the network logs.
