texture broken elytra

The question

I have the broken elytra texture but I don't know how to attach it to the elytra if they have 1 durability, minecraft uses the vanilla model.

Hello, here's my broken_elytra.properties

damage=431
components.custom_data.PublicBukkitValues.*=INFUSED_ELYTRA
weight=100

the key part is damage=431 which means 1 durability
