Period at end of definition #157

Description

@bgschunck

In the section "Terms and definitions section", the example of defining an internal term has a period at the end of the definition. My understanding is that the ISO Guidelines dictate no punctuation at the end. That rationale is that the term can be replaced by its definition (a word macro).
