Add basic diagnostic to log when `load_image` fails to find any match

Basic diagnostic information such as the TELESCOP/INSTRUME/ORIGIN keywords should be added to the log so that it is easier to diagnose whether it's a change in header or a malformed/corrupted header that led to this.
