Alternate mouse 4 and 5 keybinds do not allow you to ping

Describe the bug
When pressing either mouse 4 or mouse 5, one of the ping wheels should appear and allow you to click to ping. When clicking however, nothing happens unless you also press alt+f.

Expected behavior
Holding down either mouse 4 or 5 and clicking on a preset should immediately ping.

To Reproduce
Press mouse 4 or 5, then try pinging with any preset. No matter how long you wait, or how many times you click, nothing will happen unless you hold also both Alt and F.

Chronographer on the Discord mentioned that he has no issue with the mouse buttons binds, so it would appear the problem is slightly more complex than it appears.
