Command to send single message without PMP

Describe the problem

Bot commands don't work properly when PMP is enabled due to the fallback prefix thingy.

Describe the solution you'd like

A command such as /nopmp or /skippmp which will send the contents normally, without PMP. This is similar to how PluralKit on Discord allows prefixing a message with \ to indicate a message should not be proxied.

Alternatives considered

Disabling and then re-enabling PMP which is annoying.

I'm not exactly sure why this was closed as completed? #550 doesn't seem to address this at all, or if it does, then it does so in a undocumented and unintuitive way.
