`evaluateStandard` coerces domain names to lower case which causes issues [here](https://github.com/SafetyGraphics/safetyGraphics/blob/09e0730ededf6ddd9d0c9e2738a487c92d9d4656/R/evaluateStandard.R#L49) when there are upper-case values in domain names.
