Added a notebook for a step by step evaluation of a single kernel generated for a single KernelBench problem.
The evaluation is based on the KernelBench evaluation scripts, but kernel is generated externally and is provided as an input.
The evaluation can be executed on either Nvidia GPU or Intel XPU device.
Notebook output: speedup of a provided kernel against pytorch (eager/compiled) implementation.
