Idea: Switch 'Add to cart' to also use the configureable actions

Unifiy all actions action on single/selected dataset to use the same underlying infrastructure by also confuguring the shopping cart via configurable actions.


Questions arising:

- How to migrate from legacy configuration:
  - Manually add entries to configuration?
  - keep option and inject configuration programmatically?
  - Provide a migration script that add the entries?
