Property name of scientific metadata

As a user, I would expect to access and set a dataset scientific metadata with the property scientifc_metadata to match the naming used in scicat.

This is a broader issue because a number of fields have different names:

• scientificMetadata -> meta
• datasetName -> name
• datasetlifecycle -> lifecycle
• version -> api_version

For the first 3, I did this to shorten user code in Scitacean and remove redundancy (dataset.datasetName seems unnecessary). For version, I did this to clarify that it is not the dataset's version.
