Currently the Iris py3k tests are failing. This may be due to a few dependencies (notably boost) suddenly being pulled from
defaultsrather thanconda-forge.This PR experiments with setting
default_channelstoconda-forgerather than addingconda-forgeas a channel to try and prevent the conda env on Travis from being able to install fromdefaultsat all. Let's see... ⏳
