The conda-forge devs mentioned that the conda-libmamba-solver will make its way into conda and be the default solver at SciPy'22 - let's hope that's the case soon, for a massive community win

Closes #4958.
Not ideal, considering the difficulty in replicating this locally for those that can't edit their
baseenvironment. But hopefully the Mamba solver will be made available to vanilla Conda installs within the next year.Consult Iris pull request check list
