New content discovery page - Explore #15
Description
Instead of the current hacked togather "Tags" page, it would be nice to have a focused Explore page, where you can see a list of tags in some fashion and just kind of browse through the various gists on the site. The actual interface still needs to be mocked up.
Maybe make it an AngularJS SPA to provide a nice interactive interface?
