Set default palette_type in use_sgplot

Not sure if possible but would be useful to be able to set default palette_type when using use_sgplot. For example, if you want to use the af palettes instead of default sg. You can only control the default base colour at the moment but not the default palette.

This seems to work but needs further testing:

options(ggplot2.discrete.colour = function() {
  scale_colour_discrete_sg(palette_type = "sss")

Changing use_sgplot argument from default_colour to palette_type may break some people's code. Is there a way around this?

Changing use_sgplot argument from default_colour to palette_type may break some people's code. Is there a way around this?

default_colour argument has been deprecated so code won't break but users will get a warning and supplied default_colour will not be used.

It is expected that this change will only impact a small number of users who were setting a default colour that isn't the main colour of one of the categorical palettes (e.g. sg, af, sss). Instead they should set this colour directly in their ggplot2 code.
