Not properly escaping params

Hi, thanks for this library. To me it seems unusable though and as of now I would prefer plain `requests`. The problem is the too simple implementation of `params`. We for example need a `"wait_for": "#app-footer"` param and the `#` isn't escaped properly as `%23`.
