If this were to be connected to a database it would be much better, say a giveaway is started and ends in 7 days. If the bot is restarted then that giveaway does not exist according to the bot. Unless you are using some sort of trickery that i did not notice |

Description
This PR adds the giveaway command... to make giveaways... of course...
I've added a new method Utils#splitOnDivider to split a string surrounded by the specified divider.
Ex: if divider is
"and the string isI said, "hello world" "you are great" "but you are hot, the returned values is an array containing["hello world", "you are great"].Characters not surrounded by the divider will be ignored.
...more coming...
There are a few commits from the other PR because I forgot to merge, and I'm too lazy to change it now
