[BUG] Messed up titles on sheet and configuration

Hi! I've just opened my campaign and this is what I get (everything was fine up to a few days ago):

To Reproduce
If I create a new actor, I can select the character type correctly but, when the created actor sheet opens, I get a "true" type of character instead of the ones I have in the settings.
Also, if I go to the settings and check the character types (or try to create new ones), all the references state "true" instead of the names I have set.
The console reports this error in many new lines:

...I guessed it may had something to do with that "image" and I saw the default image is not showing: so I tried to change it but doesn't save and gives the same error.

I've done a quick "Find the Culprit" run and it seems there's a conflict with the module "Pin Cushion", disabling which solves the problem.
