Add a “none” option to the external link / internal link drop-down

Once you select an option in a menu/action, you can't go back and select "none"

@AyushK-101 When someone selects "none", you want to make sure the JSON output removes the previously selected choice of external link / internal link.

When you create a new menu item, the initial choice is "none":

When you select internal link in the drop-down:

When you select external link in the drop-down:
[{"value":{"label":{"translatable":true,"message":null},"type":"external","value":{"href":null}}}]

The type property is getting added to the JSON with the selection in the drop-down. There's currently no way to not select either option once you have selected something. Selecting "none" should remove the type property from the JSON so it's like the initial JSON again [{"value":{"label":{"translatable":true,"message":null}}}]
