Add the `rightIcon` property to the JSON and ability to select an icon on the edtior

When you compare the OOB menu JSON to our generated JSON, you'll see that we don't have the rightIcon property. Add this property to the JESALYNGenerator (JSON Generator) and add an icon selector to the component when rendered.
