Minor changes to the existing AzureBlob tests to allow the full tests to be run against storage instead of the emulator. AppendBlobs don't support the emulator so you must provide a connection string to run them.

Addition of the AzureAppendBlobVirtualFiles and Tests
Minor changes to the existing AzureBlob tests to allow the full tests to be run against storage instead of the emulator.
AppendBlobs don't support the emulator so you must provide a connection string to run them.
There could be some refactoring for some of the base code that is shared between them.
