Gameplay/Qol changes

-Pulse block overloading fixed; Overloading is now sotred in a separate block and less blocks can be overloaded
-Pulse Barriers now clearly show when their shield is active and take damage to Pulse first, reguardless of if the bullet that hits is piercing or not.
-Pulse nodes when placed connect other nodes to themselves. The nodes must not have any previous connections or current connections to autoconnect.
-A new Pulse block has been made, the Pulse Glass Forgery
Outputs silicon as a waste product, and requires space in front of it's vents to work.
-New units have been introduced, those being two new core units and one new Forgotten faction enemy!

Glimpse: The old wars wiped out the last of theese... or so we thought. Standard core mech in the days before the Port which shoots velocity homing missiles. Overall decent at everything except mobility. Cannot boost. Gains a teleport ability later into the campaign (planned content)

Unwavering: A Void worshiper's friend. Stored in the core for a later update, its knocking on my door right now asking for that update ;~:
Fires out a shotgun pattern of Voidling shards that damage enemy bullets. Shooting all three rounds stored in your clip results in a crit that scatters landmines which linger for a short period of time. Fragile, but quick.

Epiphysis: An anti building assult specialist, part of the Forgotten faction.

-Several balancing/progression changes for the early section of ER's campaign
-Diffract now has a new reworked ammo type for graphite ammo.
-Pulver is now able to Overload, and speeds up noticeably when overloaded.

Visual changes

-Diffract now has a new sprite
-Pulseswept ground now applies a static shader whenever it's active. If you realy hate fps drops and the screen looking as though there is a legitamate real (gone wrong) problem with it, disable weather graphics
-Several Pulse Block resprites. No block left behind..?
-Pulse block shine now depends on the ambient light ocapacity
-Forgotten faction unit pallet somewhat more saturated
-Healer turret pallet more saturated
-All classem blocks got a resprite, no exceptions. They now look more stony with a hint of geode.
-Certain sectors have their own ui icons

Codebase changes

-Pulsec is much cleaner, and could posibly fit into a lib
-SpecialWeaponUnit interface cleaned up
-UnitMount now has it's own list of drawers, which can aid in unit animation systems
-Call.java removed (The mod's class not vanilla's smh)
-Fxr.woosh has been changed, it moves from a set point to a position offset that is supplied in the data field of at.
-My water froze over and I don't know where else to put this joke

-beginnings of scripted sectors implementation
-broke campaign again :D
-New healer turret, Conserve. Chain heals the closest three buildings. Wip build cost and stats.
