Listens ot env variable CHIIMP_AUTOCLOSE. This should help build an automated test for the desktop icon.
As in 3f833d3, but for the compiled app. Now we should be able to all the app from the command line and carry on after it exits.
Not sure why this is needed when testing on Travis, but repeating the attempt a few times over gets it working.

This is a hotfix to get the Mac OS Desktop icon working again. There's a lot of stuff changed in the continuous integration files but the fix itself is as simple as replacing
/../exec/chiimp.commandwith/exec/chiimp.commandin chiimp.AppleScript. Fixes #55.
