Issues running TransCommuProfile

Hello! I have been trying to use your tool, but when I run the TransCommuProfile function, it runs for a while, and then R freezes and I have to restart it. Do you have any ideas of why this might be happening? Help would be highly appreciated!

Sorry for use the format of dataframe in current version, not dgMatrix. Since the scRNAseq is a sparse matrix, memory cost much. Our team is focusing to update a new version for user.
