How to select specific cell sender and receiver when using ViewInterCircos function?

Hi there,
When we have run through the TransCommuProfile fucntion to generate L-R interaction score, how can we select specific cell sender and receiver in the ViewInterCircos function? Just as the authors presented in the Figure 2B of your publication (PMID: 34331449).
