What's the difference between the new_ligand_receptor_TFs_homology_extended.txt and new_ligand_receptor_TFs_homology.txt file?

I am quite confused about the dataset for ligand-receptor-transcription factor. The number of ligand-receptor-TF in the “new_ligand_receptor_TFs_homology_extended.txt” file is 3457, while the number of ligand-receptor-TF in the “new_ligand_receptor_TFs_homology.txt” is 12069. So what's the difference between these two files, and what's the meaning of the suffix "extended" in the first file? And if I want to use the dataset by myself, which one would you recommend more?
