Lua Error - Tried Deleting Saved Variables

Recipe book for all of my skills no longer populates and I get the following Lua Error. I tried deleting the saved variables post according to one of the previous solves but didn't have any luck with it fixing things. Can you please take a look when you have a moment? Thanks!
