runSh script exits and goes to "on_failure" with no error message #4642

Description of your issue:
In some cases, runSh scripts seem to exit suddenly, with no particular error. In one case, it happens from a shipctl put_resource_state command. in another case, it's the cliConfig cleanup step. No changes were made on the shippable platform between the last time this script succeeded, and this time when the error is occurring.
We're tracking this issue internally and will provide an update once we've found the root cause and have a scheduled release date
